Margaret’s Hope comes from the Chinese Jat bushes. The bushes thrive in high altitude and cool weather, creating a rare Darjeeling variety unique to the region. Its leaves are full of florally fragrance and nutty flavors.

Margaret's Hope is a loose leaf darjeeling black tea harvested in India.

 

Hot brewing directions: Steep 1 heaping teaspoon of tea in 8 ounces of water at 200 degrees Fahrenheit for 3-7 minutes.

Cold brewing directions: Steep 1 heaping teaspoon of tea in 6-7 ounces of water at 200 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes. Add to a 12-ounce glass with ice.
