Known for its refreshing and invigorating quality, peppermint has long been used to calm the digestive system and relieve heartburn, stomachache and nausea. This tea makes a delightful cold or hot tea brew.

Peppermint Willamette is a loose leaf herbal tea harvested in America.

 

Hot brewing directions: Steep 1 heaping teaspoon of tea in 8 ounces of water at 208 degrees Fahrenheit for 5-10 minutes.

Cold brewing directions: Steep 1 heaping teaspoon of tea in 6-7 ounces of water at 208 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes. Add to a 12-ounce glass with ice.
