This Oolong tea derives its flavor from the unique semi fermentation process it undergoes. The process creates a moderate strength tea – stronger than green tea, but less strong than black tea. Ti Kuah Yin is known to be slightly bitter when first sipping, and then transitions into a sweet flavor with a fragrant aftertaste.
