Cultivated exclusively in the Fujian Province in China, Pai Mu Tan is known as a specialty tea. The harvesting of this tea is a delicate process of hand picking, where only the first two leaves of the tea bud are used. Containing nearly three times the antioxidants that green and black teas provide, this tea is often used for health and medicinal purposes.
